With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.129 of the 24th March, 1919, I have the honour to forward for Your Lordship's information copies of corres- pondence which has passed between this Government and the Hongkong General Chamber of Commerce on the subject of the continued irregularity in the arrival of mails from the United Kingdom.
